One of my favorite dishes on the planet is the imbustata at Ornella Trattoria… it’s a pasta “envelope” stuffed with veal, chicken, fresh mozzarella, mascarpone, wild mushrooms, and spinach, baked under a golden parmesan crust and served in a pool of a light, tangy, tomato cream sauce.
